3D Printed Insoles

Our 3D printed insoles are manufactured using a high-speed 3D printer after an innovative foot scanner captures a precise scan of your foot.

These insoles are produced with the aid of an intelligent system designed to deliver superior design, a better fit for your foot, resistance to deformation, enhanced comfort, and long-term stability.

The improved foot hold perfectly conforms to your heel, reducing unnecessary foot movement and enhancing overall foot support.


Each insole is composed of multiple layers:

First Layer: Microfiber Fabric

  1. Allows sweat and unpleasant odors to pass through
  2. Provides excellent ventilation
  3. Alleviates foot discomfort

Second Layer: Breathable PU Cotton

  1. Allows sweat and unpleasant odors to pass through
  2. Absorbs sweat
  3. Neutralizes odors
  4. Mold-resistant
  5. Antibacterial
  6. Offers shock absorption capabilities

Third Layer: High-Quality TPU

  1. Provides excellent rigidity/toughness
  2. Offers good flexibility/elasticity
  3. Delivers effective shock reduction

U-Arc Shape: This design reduces unnecessary foot movement.

Engineered according to the principles of human anatomy with a U-arc shape, it perfectly conforms to your heel.
