How Does It Work?
Initial Scanning: First, the foot is scanned using an advanced scanner equipped with 5 HD cameras and a high-performance graphic processor. This creates a highly accurate 3D model of the foot.
Professional Design: Once the scan is complete, the production process begins under the supervision of a certified orthotics technician. The process combines 3D foot imaging technology with a customized approach to the patient’s specific clinical needs. The construction is performed using world-class computing systems, without human contact.
Advanced CNC Manufacturing: The software processes the data and sends commands to an advanced CNC machine located in our production lab. This specialized machine is dedicated exclusively to CNC orthotics, manufacturing them with the highest possible level of precision.
