BabyFriend Plus is an anti-mosquito device that uses the combined action of insecticide and ultrasound. These two different technologies are used in separate stages to defend you from mosquitoes effectively and safely.<\/p>\n

DESCRIPTION:<\/h4>\n

First phase:<\/strong>
\nwhen switched on, BabyFriend Plus starts with the\u00a0emission of insecticide\u00a0(liquid or plate of your choice, not included in the package)\u00a0for the preset time.<\/p>\n

\nSecond phase:<\/b>
\nAfter the preset time has elapsed,\u00a0the device automatically converts to a high-powered ultrasound diffuser, which is able to keep any mosquitoes that may enter the room at a later time under control, disorienting them.
\nThe complete cycle\u00a0lasts 24 hours, and\u00a0is\u00a0repeated every 24 hours\u00a0from switch-on.
\nIn addition, by replacing the insecticide with a perfumer, the device can function as a room perfumer.<\/p>\n

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:<\/h4>\n

Anti-mosquito mode (insecticide + ultrasound):<\/b><\/p>\n

\n1. Screw a bottle of insecticide liquid into the base of the diffuser, or insert a plate into the slot (insecticide and\/or plates not included in the package, please refer to the manufacturer\u2019s warnings for these).
\n2. Choose the preferred programming using the selector switch (1, 3 or 8).
\n3. Plug the device into an electrical socket and\u00a0turn on the switch. The red indicator light will come on.
\n4. At the end of the preset time,\u00a0the device will automatically switch to ultrasonic mode and the yellow indicator light will light up\u00a0until the cycle is complete.
\n5. After 24 hours, the cycle\u00a0will restart automatically.
\n6. If necessary, an EXTRA 20-minute insecticide cycle can be activated by pressing the black button. Once this time has elapsed, the device will resume its normal cycle.<\/p>\n

\n

Anti-mosquito mode (ultrasound only):<\/b><\/p>\n

\n1. Choose \u2018ultrasound\u2019 programming.
\n2. Plug the device into an electrical socket and\u00a0turn on the switch. The yellow light will come on.
\nYou can leave the device plugged in at all times.<\/p>\n

\nPerfume mode:<\/strong>
\n1. Screw a bottle of air freshener into the base of the diffuser and adjust the bezel to determine the amount of fragrance to be emitted.
\n2. Turn the selector switch to \u2018flower\u2018, plug the device into the electrical socket and turn on the switch. The red light will come on.
\nThe time schedule designed for the insecticide can also be used for fragrance mode.<\/p>\n

USE SUGGESTIONS:<\/h4>\n

Please follow these suggestions to obtain a better ultrasounds diffusion:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. check that the plug is not covered by furniture or curtains. If so, choose plugs placed preferably placed 1 m from the floor.<\/li>\n
  2. Carpets, fabric wallpapers or thick curtains may absorb a part of the ultrasounds, thus reducing the device\u2019s efficacy and operative area.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    \n

    WARNINGS:<\/h4>\n
      \n
    1. ultrasounds are not advisable for pacemaker carriers, as they disturb pacemakers\u2019 pulses.<\/li>\n
    2. ultrasounds may be perceived by your pets. Usually cats and small-sized dogs get used to them very quickly, while big-sized dogs might be seriously disturbed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
