תומך ירך

 

  1. רכיבי פלסטיק בעלי התאמה אנטומית, המחוברים באמצעות מפרק מדור חדש.
  2. מערכת מודולרית המאפשרת שילוב של רכיבים עצמאיים: ירך, אגן ומפרק מחובר.
  3. אפשרות הטיה של צידי האגן וכיוון התמיכה (או "השלד") ביחס לרכיבי הירך והאגן.
  4. התאמת הרצועות באמצעות אבזם. הרחקת/קירוב (Abduction/adduction) כפויים עם כוונון עשרוני מדויק (centesimal regulation).
  5. הרחקה/קירוב עם כוונון בכל 10 מעלות. כפיפה/יישור (Flexion/extension) מתכווננים מ-0 עד 120 מעלות, בכל 15 מעלות.
  6. מרופד בריפוד קצף (foam padding) וקצוות גמורים.
  7. ניתן לשטיפה. צורתו האנטומית מבטיחה ייצוב טוב של מפרק הירך וסבילות טובה בשימוש.

שימוש:

  • לפני ו/או אחרי ניתוח (החלפת מפרק ירך או ניתוח תיקון ירך).
  • שברים בצוואר הירך שאינם ניתנים לניתוח או שברים שהתאחו באופן לא מספק.
  • בקרת הרחקה/קירוב וכפיפה-יישור במטופלים עם בעיות מפרקים פוטנציאליות.
