How does it work?

1. Initially, a foot scan is performed using an advanced scanner equipped with 5 HD cameras and a high-quality graphic processor, enabling the creation of a 3D model of the foot with the highest level of accuracy.

2. Upon completion of the scan, the production process begins, overseen by a certified orthotics technician. The technician supervises the construction: combining 3D foot imaging technology with a solution for the patient’s specific issue. The insoles are constructed using some of the world's most advanced computing, without human contact.

3. The software processes the information and sends commands to the advanced CNC machine located in the company's production laboratory. This machine is designed exclusively for CNC insoles and manufactures them with the highest possible level of precision.
